For Muslim funeral directors, digital remembrance can be one optional part of bereavement aftercare: helping families keep life stories, photographs and family connections after burial. Moments by QR provides digital memorials for Muslim families, not counselling, clinical grief support, funeral arrangements or religious rulings.

Does it cost anything to become a Referral Partner?
There is no joining fee to register your interest in the Partner Programme, and no requirement to hold stock.
Who can become a partner?
Organisations serving bereaved families — funeral directors, cemeteries and burial grounds, memorial masons, mosques and Islamic organisations, charities, florists and other bereavement organisations. Applications are reviewed individually.
What is the difference between Referral and Trade?
A Referral Partner introduces families to Moments by QR, and Moments by QR handles the purchase and fulfilment. A Trade Partner is an organisation that wants to incorporate Moments by QR within its own service or package; those arrangements are discussed individually.
Does my organisation need to manage the customer's Memorial?
No. The family creates and controls their own Memorial, and Moments by QR provides customer support.
When will I hear back?
We review each registration and contact you directly. Supporting materials are provided to approved partners as the programme is rolled out.
